Dennis Duffy is vice president of regulatory affairs for Energy Management, Inc., a Boston based-energy infrastructure development firm and is responsible for the company’s regulatory and legislative affairs, legal strategy and industry trade group relations.
He has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate and regulatory attorney in New England. He has also served as special counsel to the Rhode Island Energy Facility Board and was formerly a partner in the law firm of Partridge, Snow & Hahn. In March, 2020, he served a chairman of the council when the former chairman resigned.
Duffy is also an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Columbia University Law School.
